phpcms V9在线升级时出错:
Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

原因：
web服务器不支持zip在线解压缩功能，在php.ini配置里面启用 extension=php_zip.dll 就行了！
