错误：
HTTP 错误 500.0 - Internal Server Error
无法在<fastCGI>应用程序配置中找到<handler> scriptProcessor

原因：
applicationHost.config配置文件中的fastCGI配置有错误，FastCGI的应用程序php-cgi.exe没有设置，或是路径不对。
